Privacy Policy

ProSiddhi is a job portal operated by Azkashine Software & Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). We connect job seekers with employers in India. We are the data fiduciary for the information described below.

If you are a job seeker, we collect:

• Your phone number — this is how you register, and we verify it with a one-time password (OTP).
• Your name, email address, and a password (which we store only in an encrypted, unreadable form).
• Your date of birth and gender, if you provide them.
• Your location. This is the town or area you type in, and — only if you allow it in your browser — your GPS coordinates, which we use to show you jobs near you.
• Your profile photo, short bio, work experience, skills, and the kind of work you are looking for.
• Any documents you choose to upload, such as an identity proof, address proof, or a skill or education certificate.
• The jobs you apply to, save, or report, and the messages you exchange with employers.

If you are an employer, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and password.
• For a business: your company name, address, size, founding date, GST number and company registration (CIN) number, plus any documents you upload for verification.
• The jobs you post, the applications you receive, and the candidates you unlock.
• A record of your purchases and the invoices we issue for them.

ProSiddhi does not collect, request, store, or verify Aadhaar numbers — anywhere, for anyone. If a page or a person ever asks you for your Aadhaar in the name of ProSiddhi, it is not us. Please report it to us.

• To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
• To show job seekers relevant jobs, including jobs near their location.
• To let you apply to jobs and to let employers review those applications.
• To let you and an employer message each other about a job.
• To let employers search the candidate database and, where they have paid to do so, see a candidate's contact details.
• To take payments from employers, issue GST invoices, and keep the accounting records the law requires.
• To verify employers and documents, and to review job posts that users report.
• To send you service messages about your account, applications, and interviews.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve you third-party advertising.

• The employer you apply to. When you apply for a job, that employer can see your profile, your work experience and skills, your application message, and any documents attached to your profile.
• Employers who unlock your profile. Employers can search our candidate database. They see only a limited preview — your contact details stay hidden until an employer pays a credit to unlock them. Once unlocked, that employer can see your phone number and email.
• Our staff. A small number of our administrators can see your account in order to verify documents, approve businesses, and act on reports.
• Our payment provider, Razorpay, which processes employer payments.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Job seekers never pay us anything. Employers pay for credits through Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or bank details are handled by Razorpay and are never sent to or stored on our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the payment identifiers we need to issue your invoice.

We keep two things in your browser's local storage: a sign-in token, so you stay logged in, and your chosen language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can:

• See the personal information we hold about you — most of it is on your profile page, which you can view at any time.
• Correct anything that is wrong — you can edit your profile yourself.
• Ask us to delete your account and your personal information.
• Withdraw your consent, and complain to us or to the Data Protection Board.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

We stop showing your profile, and we stop serving your contact details to employers — including to an employer who had already unlocked you. Your name and contact details are no longer supplied to anyone. We do keep a limited record that an unlock happened, because the employer genuinely spent a credit, and we keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax law requires us to.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in a readable form. Traffic between your device and us is encrypted. Access to our systems is restricted. No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

ProSiddhi is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app.
