Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You must give us true information, and keep it up to date.

You register with your phone number, which we verify by OTP. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. One person or business, one account — do not create accounts to get another free trial.

ProSiddhi is a platform that introduces job seekers to employers. That is all it is.

• We are not your employer, and we are not a recruitment or staffing agency.
• We do not employ, supply, or vouch for any worker, and we do not guarantee anyone a job, an interview, or a reply.
• We do not verify that every job post is genuine. Job posts are written by employers. Use your judgement, and report anything that looks wrong.
• The agreement to work — the wage, the hours, the conditions — is strictly between the worker and the employer.

ProSiddhi does not collect, hold, escrow, or pay wages, and we take no commission from what a worker earns. An employer pays a worker directly. We will never ask a job seeker to pay us, or to pay an employer, for a job. If anyone asks you for money for a job on ProSiddhi, it is a scam — do not pay, and report it to us.

ProSiddhi is free for job seekers, and it will stay free. You are never charged to register, to search, to apply, or to message an employer.

Employers buy credits to use the platform.

• A post credit is spent when you publish a job. That job stays live for 30 days.
• A download credit is spent the first time you unlock a candidate's full profile and contact details. Opening or contacting that same candidate again later is free, forever.
• You cannot post a job until your account is activated: an individual must verify their email; a business must be approved by our team.
• Every new employer gets a free trial of 1 post credit and 3 unlock credits, valid for 14 days, once.

• All prices are shown before tax. GST at 18% is added on top and shown as a separate line at checkout.
• We issue a GST invoice for every purchase, which you can download at any time.
• Credits that come with a time-limited plan expire when that plan expires, and unused credits are then lost. Credits from the one-off ₹499 pack never expire.
• Credits are always spent soonest-to-expire first.
• Purchases are not refundable. There is no cancellation — a plan simply runs to its end date and lapses. To continue, buy again.
• If you delete a job within 24 hours of publishing it and it has received no applications, we return the post credit. Otherwise the credit is spent.
• When your plan expires you get a 3-day grace period: jobs already live stay live and candidates you already unlocked stay visible, but you cannot post or unlock. Candidates you have unlocked are never taken away from you.

You must not:

• Post a job that does not exist, or advertise anything unlawful, unsafe, bonded, or forced.
• Ask a job seeker for money, or for their Aadhaar, at any stage.
• Discriminate unlawfully, or post anything abusive, obscene, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Impersonate someone else, or use another person's documents.
• Copy, scrape, or resell candidate data, or use a candidate's contact details for anything other than the role you unlocked them for.
• Attack, overload, or try to break into the platform.

Anyone can report a job post. Our administrators review reports and may warn an employer, take a post down, or suspend an account. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or the law, without a refund. If we close your account for no fault of yours, we will tell you why.

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it on ProSiddhi so that the platform can do its job — for example, to show your profile to an employer you applied to. You confirm that you have the right to upload whatever you upload.

We work to keep ProSiddhi running, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens between a worker and an employer, for any job you do or do not get, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months — which, for a job seeker, is nothing.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ProSiddhi after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
